Durable Powder Coated Finishes
Powder coating provides a tough, durable and attractive finish for metal components without the lengthy drying times associated with many conventional wet paint systems.
The dry powder is electrostatically applied to the prepared metal surface before being heated in our curing oven at approximately 180–200°C, allowing the coating to flow and form a hard, consistent finished surface.
It's an excellent finishing option for prototypes, bespoke components, fabricated assemblies, automotive parts and repeat production items, providing both an attractive appearance and a hard-wearing protective finish.

Bespoke & Production Powder Coating
We specialise in bespoke engineering and custom manufacturing, so one-off powder coating jobs are just as welcome as repeat production work.
Parts can be supplied directly to us for coating or manufactured using our own CNC machining, turning, plasma cutting, welding and fabrication facilities before being finished in-house.
