PlazCutz is a UK CNC engineering and manufacturing company established in 2012, providing precision machining, metal cutting, fabrication and finishing services for businesses and individuals throughout the UK.
From our engineering workshop in Morecambe, Lancashire, we manufacture everything from one-off bespoke components and prototypes through to repeat production and larger batch quantities.
Over the years we have continually expanded our manufacturing capabilities, investing in modern CNC machinery, CAD/CAM software and quality tooling to allow more processes to be completed in-house.
Our capabilities include:

Having these processes available in-house allows us to take a project from an initial drawing or CAD file through machining, cutting and fabrication to a finished component or assembly.
We work with a wide range of metals and engineering plastics and can manufacture components from customer CAD files, technical drawings, sketches, samples or existing parts.
Whether it's a single replacement component that's no longer available, a prototype for a new project or hundreds of repeat production parts, we approach every job with the same focus on quality, accuracy and reliable service.
